PORTRAIT COMMISSION

This as an example of a portrait commission drawn in charcoal on museum board.  This portrait of a plastic surgeon's fiancée was commissioned by the doctor as a wedding gift.  It was a surprise gift, as she was not aware that this photograph was taken and that this drawing was commissioned.  In this portrait Elena Roché emphasized the light on the face and the figure of the young woman standing by the window looking into the light.
