Portrait Commissions are available in oil, graphite-charcoal, colored pencil and pastel.

Please read the Contract to Commission an Artwork , and the Architectural, House and Property Image Release page before contacting the artist. You may also wish to review the Architectural and House Portrait Commission price list.

Terms and Conditions

House Portraits, Marine and other Architectural Portraits are painted either

On location or from photos taken under the artist's supervision if the subject property is local to the Los Angeles, California area.

Photos you supply upon direction and approval by the artist if the subject is not local to Los Angeles.

Note: Elena Roché does not slavishly copy photographs, therefore minor artistic additions or subtractions may be made while remaining true to the details of the structure.

All Portrait Commissions are executed in accord with the terms of a Contract to Commission an Artwork.

For all Portrait Commissions you will be required to sign an Architectural and Property Image Release.

Elena Roché reserves certain rights such as copyright including all rights to reproduce, copy and a 10% First Resale Commission (see Contract to Commission an Artwork for details).

    Although we do not always sell framed art, we are prepared from our experience to recommend precise brands and models of frames and, where applicable, to recommend perfect mat colors by brand and number to save you time at the framers.
    All works are accompanied by the appropriate documentation.
