EXOTIC FLOWER PAINTINGS

This is an exotic flower painting of a Bauhinia Blakeana.  Commonly called a Hong Kong Orchid, the Bauhinia Blakeana Tree is the symbol of the City of Hong Kong.  This watercolor painting study of the orchid-like flowers and leaves of the Bauhinia tree is painted from one of the two Bauhinia Blakeana trees in the Southern California garden of Elena Roché.
