• Private settings in the Studio of Elena Roché over several sessions, depending upon the size and complexity of the portrait painting.


• Photos taken by the artist in her studio or garden.
  Under certain circumstances the artist may take photos for your portrait commission in a setting of your choosing.

• Photos you supply upon approval by the artist, but be advised that the best portrait painting results are usually obtained by the artist taking the photos.


• Note: Elena Roché does not copy or alter photographs when painting portraits, therefore artistic additions or subtractions may be made.

For Your Protection and Confidence:

• All portrait commissions are executed in accord with the terms of a Contract to Commission an Artwork.


• For all portrait commissions you will be required to sign a Model Release.

• Elena Roché reserves certain rights such as copyright including all rights to reproduce, copy and a 10% First Resale Commission (see Contract to Commission an Artwork  for details).
